Media Reload Return Policy

Media Reload complies with the Michigan Consumer Protection Act. All return and exchange policies are clearly disclosed and consistently enforced.

A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Defective Merchandise

• Defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit.
• Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the identical item within 30 days, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• All new/sealed products are non-refundable once opened.
• All used trading cards and vinyl records are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Method

• Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
• No cash refunds and no refunds to the original form of payment.

Identification Requirement

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all returns or exchanges.

Policy Disclosure

This policy is posted in-store and online prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this return policy.
